Apples

Smith Orchard has antique apples, planted in 1929. These 80 year old trees are producing fabulous fruit. They may not be as pretty or as red as the new varieties on the market today but what they lack in looks, they make up for in taste. A taste that is genuine and true to the variety. If Macintosh, Cortland and Red Delicious apples are your favorites…try us. You will taste what these apples tasted like 80 years ago. If size and color are important to you, we have over 2000 semi-dwarf trees that produce large, colorful and tasty fruit.

Gala – mildly sweet flavor, a cross between the Delicious and Cox Orange Pippin apples

Idared – tart flavor, a cross between a Jonathan and Wagener Apples

Jonagold - sweet flavor, a cross between a Golden Delicious and Jonathan Apples

MacIntosh – tart flavor, good for cooking and eating

Red Delicious – mildly sweet with flavors of melon, higher in antioxidants than many other apple varieties, most of which are contained in the skin

Golden Delicious – very sweet/tart flavor, it is Not related to the Red Delicious. Good for baking

Cortland – sweet flavor, does not brown very quickly after cutting so is good for Waldorf salads

Honey Crisp – sweet flavor, developed for its ability to withstand bitter cold winters

Ginger Gold – sweet and mildly tart flavor, does not brown right away after cutting, good for fruit salads

McCoun – sweet flavor, does not break down during cooking so is great for pies

Apple Cider

Apple Cider is made in Rochester, NH and comes to our farm fresh off the press. Doesn't get any tastier than that.

Apple Cider Donuts

Our donuts are made every week-end. Warm and Fresh. Bring your coffee and spend the morning with us.

PYO Blueberries

We have 3 varieties of blueberries. We are open for PYO Wed. - Sun from 7-7.

Jams and Jellies

The fruit is picked daily and the Jams and Jellies are made right next door.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Our vinegar is aged in Oak Barrels for 10 month. It is 100% Vinegar. What you buy in the store is 5%.

Mixes

3 Varieties: Apple Crisp, Pumpkin pancakes and Blueberry Muffins.

10 assorted varieties. All delicious and easy to prepare.
